A little slice of Venice in Fremantle

Welcome to Dolce Venezia, a small Italian café in Fremantle.

We pour proper espresso and stack our focaccia with generous fillings for real Italian-style sandwiches.

Baked fresh, all day

We bake in small batches throughout the day so the focaccia stays warm, crisp on the outside and airy inside. Dough is hand-stretched and brushed with extra-virgin olive oil, then finished as orders come in. It’s simple, fast and always fresh — perfect with an espresso or a cold Italian soft drink.

Real Italian ingredients

We keep the menu short and the ingredients honest: mortadella, stracciatella, proper pistachio, Prosciutto di Parma, buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and extra-virgin olive oil. Fewer ingredients, better flavour. Everything is assembled to order so the bread stays crisp and the fillings shine.

Where?

We’re a small Italian café at Fremantle Markets with two entrances: one street-side on South Terrace and one from the market hall.

Easy to find, easier to love.

Small batches so it’s always warm.
